I specialize in pain relief massage and offer spa massage service's. My ASU education in exercise & wellness has given me invaluable knowledge about body wholeness, movement, recovery, and self care.
A little about me, I’m a people person, ambitious, funny, creative and passionate about most everything I do in life! Cooking, drinking coffee, organizing and relaxing are on my things to do list.
My favorite massage to give is cupping therapy because its effectiveness in loosening tight muscles & promoting circulation, it’s great for chronic pain relief.

Abby is absolutely incredible! Hands down one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. She was so professional, communicative, and truly attentive to what my body needed. She focused on all the areas I mentioned and then went above and beyond. I left feeling like a new person. I’ll definitely be rebooking with her regularly. Highly, highly recommend!
